Beatrice is built by one person. Mail gets read and answered.
For a bug, it helps to know what you tapped and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth more than a description. There is no ticket system and no bot in the way.
Beatrice is in private beta on TestFlight and is not on the App Store yet. Write to the address above if you want in, or if you want to be told when it opens up.
Beatrice updates itself in the background, but iOS keeps apps suspended rather than closed, so an app you never fully quit can sit on an old version. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, flick the Beatrice card away, and open it again.
Rail links are plain web pages and need no app, no account and no sign-in. If one shows as unstyled text, the page still works: the form submits and the answer reaches you. If a link says it has expired, that is by design, and sending a new one takes a tap.
She writes from what she has been told. A friend with nothing recorded gets general observations. Answering one question about that person changes the next thing she says about them, usually immediately.
Check iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Beatrice. Inside the app, check your notification windows: Beatrice will not send anything outside the hours you set.
Any entry can be deleted from the screen it appears on. Nothing is permanent and nothing is counted against you.

She does not respond to grief, loss or medical distress, and this is deliberate rather than an oversight. Writing that register well needs clinical input, and getting it wrong at that moment is worse than staying quiet. Cycle predictions are estimates from your own history and are not contraception and not a medical device.
