Why it works
Most productivity apps are built to make you feel the gap.
For a brain already running a commentary on its own shortfalls, that is the reason the app gets deleted in week three.
Evidence
The decisions have reasons you can check.

Rejection sensitivity
What she will never do.
- Show you the list of what you missed. Progress only accumulates.
- Hold a broken streak over you, or take back something you earned.
- Rank you against the people you live with. The data has no field for it.
- Tell you to be proud, or that you have earned a rest.
- Narrate a failure to act, however many times a reminder returns.
- Use an exclamation point. Not once, anywhere.
Before you ask
Reasonable questions.
Do I have to use both halves?
No. Plenty of people will only ever use the household side, or only the friends side.
Does everyone in my house need the app?
For a household, yes, with an invite code. For friends, no. A friend can answer a question through a plain web page with no app and no account.
Is this another app that will make me feel worse?
That is the specific thing it is built to avoid. No streak, no completion percentage, no red, no list of what you missed.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Nothing asks, and nothing here is medical advice.
What does it cost?
Nothing while it is in beta. A paid tier would be announced here first and would never lock away something you already wrote.
Who is building it?
One person, Brian Long. The story page explains where the name comes from.
Worth a week of your attention.
If it makes you feel worse, delete it. That is the bar.
